Существует несколько эффективных способов, которые помогут достигнуть надежного соединения.

Процесс соединения поликарбоната на теплице в основном является простым, однако следует принимать во внимание основные правила и рекомендации. Следует отметить, что с увеличением толщины полимерного материала стоимость системы соединения также возрастает.

Установка сотового поликарбоната

При соединении сотового поликарбоната толщиной 16 мм и обрешетке 1х2 м целесообразно использовать алюминиевый соединительный профиль. Пластиковые профили в условиях повышенной нагрузки и термического расширения не будут столь эффективными. Из-за воздействия нагрузок могут появиться трещины в листах, а также шляпки термошайб могут откручиваться, что приведет к значительной деформации полимерной плиты. Таким образом, если толщина полимерного материала составляет от 4 до 10 мм, для соединения следует использовать пластиковые профили, а при толщине больше 10 мм — алюминиевые.

Стыковка монолитного поликарбоната

При работе с цельными плитами толщиной до 3 мм рекомендуется использовать силиконовые клеевые составы. Для соединения листов толщиной от 4 до 6 мм лучше подойдет пластиковый профиль, тогда как для панелей толщиной от 7 мм используются алюминиевые или стальные профили. Если вы стремитесь убрать видимые соединения, эффективнее всего использовать специальные клеи, которые можно найти в том же магазине, что и сам поликарбонат.

Важно! Наилучшие результаты при стыковке поликарбоната показывают растворители, созданные на основе метиленхлорида или этилхлорида. Такой способ соединения плит гарантирует не только привлекательный внешний вид конструкции, но и предотвращает попадание влаги внутрь швов снаружи.

Подготовка поликарбоната к соединению

Перед установкой поликарбонатных листов необходимо провести несколько подготовительных этапов:

  • Разрезать листы на размеры, соответствующие вашей конструкции, с применением ножовки по металлу или циркулярной пилы;
  • Защитить торцы прозрачного ячеистого материала с помощью перфорированной самоклеющейся ленты, чтобы предотвратить попадание пыли, влаги и насекомых в каналы между перегородками;
  • Наклеить герметизирующую ленту на верхний край.
